Finished Looks

Fractal Design is well known for their black and white design elements, and this expandable liquid cooler is no different. The unit itself is completely black and without LEDs, RGB or otherwise, which is nice for those who don't want to deal with the neon disco extravaganza that is the current RGB fad.


Overall, it's one of the cleanest-looking liquid coolers on the market. The concealed fan hub wire under the sleeving on the tubing is a fantastic touch, showing clear attention to detail. If this design isn't copied going forward, I would be ridiculously surprised, to say the least. Fractal Design really has outdone themselves this time.


As with most liquid coolers, clearance is exceptional. There are no obstructions around the socket to speak of, and as expected, the block and tubing won't get in the way of a graphics card either. Simply put, users can install whatever memory or graphics card they want without worry as long as the case they have will fit the gargantuan thing.
