Initial Setup

Without any built-in LEDs or other superfluous added circuitry in these sticks, there really isn't a whole lot to see once you get them installed. Each set is specifically color matched for different motherboards, with a multitude of color options available, so those of you wanting to match the RAM to thematic builds still have some options too, even if RGB-everything is all the rage right now.

Even so, these particular sticks just match so well with the ASUS ROG boards, and that really goes deeper than just how they look...

Testing Rated Speeds

These sticks have truly proven themselves a cut above the rest when it comes to first getting up and working in most motherboards. This set has been my go-to kit for pushing motherboards to the limit for nearly a year now and has even been a bit too much for some motherboards out there. Suffice it to say, if a motherboard says its support limit stops at 3600 MHz or less, you can guarantee these sticks won't work, yet if the board does have such support, or for even higher speeds, this kit has been a trusty tool within my review-testing arsenal.
