Initial Setup


I thoroughly enjoyed setting up the Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming G1. Once I powered the board up, it lit up all over, with the board's right edge really bright. With all these lights up by the top corner, the board really makes for an impressive visual statement once it's been fed some electricity.


Both the right and left edge get some lighting, with the plastic cover over the audio section "beaming" out a couple rays in a bright red. The same can be said for the PCH cooler as it also has some LEDs installed.
