Both systems showed that highest-performance rendering power does not have to sound like a leaf blower. The differences between idle and load are quite small, but audible.
Even under high load for a long time neither system was annoying.
The IEC Type 2 sound level meter was placed 50 cm away from the back of the case in a height of 75 cm to stay out of the outgoing air flow
