Introduction
I would like to thank
Phanteks for supplying the review sample.
The Phanteks Evolv Shift XT is the brand's latest entry into the ITX market segment. Unlike the previous Shift variants, this one comes with a classic SFF sandwich layout, but also hopes to solve many issues around build experience and compatibility for various scenarios users may employ. While that does not make it one of the larger SFF enclosure out there, users tend to gravitate more towards usability and functionality instead of compact size and the compromises it introduces. Available in "Satin Black" or "Galaxy Silver," we received the latter for review. Alongside the Shift XT, Phanteks is launching the Revolt SFX PSU line, of which we will be including the 750 W, 80 Plus Platinum variant in our build.
