I wouldn't normally show screens of a laptop BIOS if I have to take pictures like these, but for this laptop, it's truly worth doing. I don't have every screen here, just for a feel of what's going on here.
If you look above, we have voltage controls. You choose the offset, either positive or negative, with a value of up to 500 mV. You can also disable HyperThreading and some of the CPU cores if that's to your liking to minimize power usage.
There are controls for the memory too, so you can choose a lower speed bin than 3200 MHz provided your memory has a profile for it.
