Not trying to be rude but at this time I wouldn't buy anything TT...If it's in stock at a 3rd party, sure...but if it's through them....not much is getting through their warehouse...at least not quickly.
I know it's the Pandemic but maybe it isn't a good time for a PR that's going to back you up further when people want the product.

Every PC accessory maker are getting their hands into every product possible. I am fine with Thermaltake as a brand since I have used their products and I find that they are decent. But if given a choice, I would go for brands known for their RAMs, such as Crucial, GSkill, etc, instead of this.

It is fantastic that they are releasing new software when some supply chains are being disrupted by a pandemic...That's cool of them to do for the people that already own it.
Stuff like this is why I happily wait through delays in order to get their products.
