SCUF Gaming Partners with Coca-Cola to Create Limited Edition Gaming Peripherals
SCUF Gaming, creator of the high-performance gaming controller category (NASDAQ:CRSR), today announced a collaboration with Coca-Cola that features a run of limited-edition SCUF Reflex Pros, SCUF H1 headsets, CORSAIR K65 keyboards, and CORSAIR mouse pads. These specially designed products, including the custom designed SCUF Reflex Pro Byte, are inspired by Coca-Cola Byte, the latest product from Coca-Cola's new global innovation platform, Coca-Cola Creations.
"We're known for innovation and the power of connection that we bring to our products. This opportunity with Coca-Cola and the Byte collection offers our community uniquely designed products at the intersection of creativity, gaming and culture." said Diego Nunez, Vice President of Gaming Marketing at CORSAIR. "We're thrilled to partner with Coke on such an exciting launch and hope they enjoy these limited-edition items."Designed in conjunction with the Coca-Cola Byte aesthetic, these limited-edition SCUF and CORSAIR products capture the metallic ethos of the original aluminium can while encapsulating the retro spirit and vintage feel associated with old-school gaming. Think 1980s Pac-Man with a modern pop.
The base colors are lilac and black, and there are unique design elements throughout the entire collection. For example, the pixelated pattern on the mouse pad is layered with light gray to add depth and dimension - a nod to 3D wireframes. The Coca-Cola logo is pixelated, deliberately oversized and is placed directly on the space bar of the K65 keyboard. There's also an Easter egg hidden on the keyboard. (Hint: Look for the hot pink keys!)"Coca-Cola Byte isn't just the drink for gamers; it's the drink for dreamers," said Karen Schohan, Senior Licensing Manager at The Coca-Cola Company. "It's meant to teleport you to a place filled with wonder - one with adventure, excitement, and possibilities. And, like gaming, the only thing that makes it taste sweeter is when it's shared together. We hope you love these new Byte products as much as we do."
Beginning May 1, the limited-edition run of 500 Reflex Pros, 500 H1s, 500 CORSAIR K65s, and 500 CORSAIR mouse pads will be sold exclusively at www.ScufGaming.com/Byte.
The SCUF Reflex Pro Byte starts at $249.99. The custom H1 headset starts at $149.99, the CORSAIR K65 keyboard starts at $129.99, and the CORSAIR mouse pad starts at $59.99. All are available for purchase exclusively at www.ScufGaming.com/Byte.

Never heard of SCUF before. E-waste within 6 months.

SCUF managed to get a bunch of game controller patents for various bits mounted on the bottom of the controllers, such as paddles.
Corsair bought them towards the end of 2019. They seem to be focusing mostly on the North American market.
If there wasn't the worldwide famous Coca-Cola logo on these products I would have no idea they had anything to do with it. they did not capture Coke's classic appearance, or retro gaming, Pac-Man, etc they are referencing for influence.
everyone wants a piece of the gaming pie. gamer drinks....at least Gatorade was something made with a purpose that had science behind it......but I'd have to say gaming merchandise has jumped the sharked with marketing shit like "The drink’s bright, upfront taste is reminiscent of powering up a game, and its refreshing finish makes for a perfect gaming companion"
Tells me nothing about wtf it tastes like....not that I care, but was curious what is considered "byte" flavored
Though, yeah... these will make you feel worse about yourself than looking at some fancy regular pad in front of you...
Is there an appeal for things that are pixelated ?
Think it looks amateurish personally. There is some thing called purple drank it's some pretty bad stuff people were/ are overdosing off it.
Not sure why they would associate with that
Yeah all their prior sugar free drinks are pretty gross.
One thing for sure though is these big company's be complaining about shopping bags and what ever still and all the plastic.
Hope they at least include stock color keys to replace them. It isn't my color scheme either, but out there are tons of girls, or boys (who are unsure about their sexual identity) who find it ...
Whatever floats your boat, man.
Reckon whoever finds this appealing is certainly on the powder.
