ADATA XPG Debuts First AICORE DDR5 Overclocked R-DIMM for High-end Workstations

XPG, a fast-growing provider of systems, components, and peripherals for Gamers, Esports Pros, and Tech Enthusiasts and gaming brand of ADATA Technology, the world's leading brand for memory modules and flash memory, has now expanded its product line and officially entered the field of workstations. Today XPG announced the launch of the first AICORE Overclocked DDR5 R-DIMM, with a maximum speed of 8,000 MT/s and a capacity of 32 GB, making challenging large-capacity workstation memory expansions a breeze. AICORE is built for improving overall system performance, process complex data, multi-tasking more quickly, and maximize the efficiency of AI computing.

Born for High-Speed Computing and AI Development
R-DIMM adopts a Register Clock Driver (RCD) and is characterized by high-speed, low-latency, and enhanced operational stability. AICORE Overclocked R-DIMM memory is designed for high speed and stability and is perfect for large-scale data processing, AI generation, 3D rendering and graphics, video post-production editing, and multitasking. AICORE is designed for securities markets that emphasize real-time data analysis and data science professionals or expert image creators to accelerate work efficiency and quickly complete various large-scale projects. AICORE Overclocked DDR5 R-DIMM memory has a maximum speed of 8,000 MT/s which is 1.6 times faster than standard R-DIMM memory, delivering more powerful performance to meet the rigorous speed requirements of high-end systems.
Top Quality Accelerates Work Efficiency
AICORE R-DIMM also features an RCD to improve memory performance and stability and supports dual automatic error correction mechanisms, On-die ECC and Side-band ECC, to ensure accurate and reliable data transmission. In addition, it is also equipped with a temperature sensor to monitor complete temperature data in real time. 30µ gold plating provides better conductivity and resists oxidation, improving durability. AICORE R-DIMM uses graphene heatsinks, quickly dissipating heat to withstand the test of long-term high-load computing.

Uncompromising Performance and Aesthetics
AICORE R-DIMM adopts XPG's unique design language to fulfil the pursuit of performance and aesthetics espoused by many professionals. It is compatible with Intel Xeon 4th & 5th and AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 and PRO 7000WX series workstation platforms, and supports AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 automatic overclocking technology to ensure high-speed data transmission quality and stability. Speeds 6,400, 7,200, and 8,000 MT/s are expected to be released at 16 GB capacity and will be available in single/dual kit packages. The 32 GB capacity kits are expected in the first quarter of 2025, increasing flexibility for professionals when expanding capacity. The XPG AICORE DDR5 Overclocked R-DIMM is the best choice for improving work efficiency.

Would much rather have this as a (C)UDIMM. Also wonder why they're listing On-die-ECC as a feature when that is mandated for *ALL* DDR5 memory.
