If I win, I'll be selling the CPU/HSF/VGA I'd win. The VGA being a lowly X1650, the CPU being a 5000 (lol I have 4800 Brisbane), and already having a dead silent HSF. I'd definitely keep Vista for myself though...and spend the money on a student copy of Photoshop CS3 :D.
