Starcraft 2 to Possibly Arrive Ahead of Schedule
The Vice President of Blizzard, the esteemed creator of such popular games as World of Warcraft and Starcraft, recently divulged some information about Starcraft 2. The already famous sequel to Starcraft has already seen a multiplayer beta at BlizzCon, and has supposedly been in development since Summer 2003. The Vice President divulged in a forum post that Blizzard was putting plenty of focus on the development of Starcraft 2. Considering how long the game has been in development, as well as the amount of attention Starcraft 2 is receiving inside Blizzard, public betas and demos for Starcraft 2 may be "just around the bend".

it really "boils my water", and the sequel dosent look like more than a few new characters, and its 3d now. i dont know what to expect
2) If they change too much, people will cry how it is not up to par with the 1st version.
Maybe starcraft was created perfect?
I will have to get this when it comes and probably play it for awhile, it looks a lot more technical than the massing crap of starcraft 1.
Wrong thread. XD

Titan Quest was supposed to be the "diablo killer" or whatever. Yeah, that game lasted about 4 weeks on my computer before I got bored. It's pretty, but still doesn't play quite like diablo. Pretty doesn't cut the cake. Diablo does. :P
As for Starcraft... it's not a bad game. I never did get an official release date, but how long ago was it that I was seeing all the hype for this game? Almost a year (well maybe not a whole year)? And it was supposedly playable then. So what's taking so long
Pfft.... early.... Microsoft releases OS's faster than these guys can release a sequal. I've never made either an OS or a video game, but somehow it seems like they should be trying a little harder over at blizzard, what with all the MONEY they've been making lately.
Imagine all those Peons and Night Elves in HDR and DX10 :D
If they do it will probably be based on the same engine WOW is.
