they should have released a widescreen patch quickly after the game release
Fixed mouse acceleration issues.
I stopped playing because of these.
btw, what did the mouse acc. bug cause?
Man, I'm glad they did that, I HATED it when the wouldn't wiggle and squirm.

I like how instead of admitting mistake, they add a "FOV Horizontal Lock Option" which is enabled by default, but when turned off it is the widescreen fix we have all been waiting for. Well played.
Upon installing a popup window stated the patch is for the uncensored retail version.
Thing is I didn't even know there were two versions of the game. Lol 2K devs were lazy and just cropped the top and the bottom of the screen to make it fit on a wide sceen monitor.
Tested the patch and found it had made the mouse sensitvity go up a notch.
It was fine at 2 but now it's noticably faster.
Bring it down to one and its too slow.
I'm using a Logitech MX518 gaming mouse at the moment.
Solved it by using Logitech setpoint to drop the dpi of the mouse to 700 instead of 800 when I play Bioshock.
Overall the Patch wasn't much use to me.
I only have a sounds cut out other sounds when too many things are going on in rare occasions which still happens.
Only noticable differences to me wer'e the splicers not waving anymore, Big Daddys have changed and the new plasmids.
