SilverStone Unveils White Milo ML07 Chassis

SilverStone rolled out a sexy matte-white variant of its Milo ML07 compact chassis, pictured below, next to its standard sibling. The case features mostly matte-white surfaces, with a black highlight running along. Under its skin, the ML07 is essentially a Raven RVZ01, a mini-ITX chassis with room for an SFX power supply, a modern 33 cm long graphics card using PCIe risers (a GTX TITAN Black should fit just fine), leaving you still with room for a 240 mm x 120 mm radiator, a slot-in slimline optical drive, a 3.5-inch internal bay, and three 2.5-inch internal bays. Ventilation includes a 120 mm vent over the motherboard tray, and two 120 mm vents at the bottom.

In Win Also Shows off MS04 Chassis for NAS

In Win also showed off its MS04 chassis for DIY NAS and home-server builders. Measuring 275 mm x 210 mm x 236 mm (WxDxH), the case can seat a standard mini-ITX motherboard, and features four 3.5-inch SATA drive caddies behind a front lockable door. It also features a slimline optical drive bay, and an internal 2.5-inch bay for the NAS/server's master drive. Other features include two USB 3.0 front-panel ports (standard header), an intrusion switch, which can be wired to your motherboard's "chassis intrusion" header, and a single 120 mm rear exhaust fan with 4-pin PWM control. The rear panel features one half-height expansion bracket, so you can drop in third-party RAID cards, or NICs.

In Win Designs Chassis for Komplett Steam Machine

In Win showed off its big OEM catch at Computex. The company supplies the case for Norwegian online retailer's own 2014 Steam Machine. The case, built mostly with brushed metal, is roughly the size of next-generation game console. Under its hood are an Intel Core i7-4790 quad-core prorcessor, MSI B85I motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Black graphics, 16 GB Kingston-made DDR3 memory, 480 GB Kingston-made SSD storage, 802.11 ac WLAN, gigabit Ethernet, four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, 8-channel HD audio with optical SPDIF output, dual-link DVI, DisplayPort and HDMI from the graphics card, and pre-installed SteamOS operating system.

In Win Unveils S-Frame, Unique Single-piece Chassis

No, it's not a winshield sunshade an In Win employee brought to the show floor. It's the company's unique new single-piece chassis, made by folding a single piece of anodized aluminium, with holes punched at the right places, so you could screw in your motherboard, add-on cards, drives, and power supply. Since the case is cast out of a 3 mm-thick sheet, there's no chance of your 3 kg high-end PSU, 700 g hard drive, or 1 kg graphics card bending it in any way. Lian Li Releases DK-01X and DK-02X Desk Chassis

Lian-Li Industrial Co. Ltd, today announces the release of two desk chassis - the single-system DK-01X and the dual-system DK-02X. Constructed of aluminum and combining the symbiotic relationship of desks and computer cases, these all-black hybrid chassis allow DIY builders to build a full computer inside a desk and show off their hardware creations through tempered glass desktops.

The DK-01X and DK-02X feature a lockable sliding door to make installations and upgrades easy. Lian Li Previews the PC-V2130 Full-Tower Chassis

Lian Li previewed its next flagship ATX full-tower chassis, the PC-V2130. The latest aluminium monstrosity from Lian Li features a ridged and brushed aluminium front door, and anti-acoustic padded panels all around. It's wheeled at the base. Measuring 237 mm x 640 mm x 625 mm (WxHxD), and weighing in at 9.8 kg, the case comes in three trims - all silvery aluminium, black aluminium exteriors with silvery aluminium interiors; and black aluminium exteriors with black aluminium interiors. The motherboard tray can seat XL-ATX, apart from standard ATX form-factors. It offers 10 expansion slot bays.

Storage areas of the PC-V2130 includes five 5.25-inch drive bays, eight 3.5-inch bays spread across individual trays;four 2.5-inch bays along the back side of the cage, and three 3.5-inch bays behind the motherboard tray. Ventilation includes two 140 mm front intakes, two 140 mm top exhausts, a 140 mm bottom intake, and a 120 mm rear exhaust. Front panel connectivity includes four USB 3.0 ports (standard headers), an eSATA port, and HD audio jacks. The case offers room for graphics cards as long as 36 cm (up to 48 cm if you pull out the drive trays), PSUs as long as 20 cm, and CPU coolers as tall as 18 cm. Lian Li didn't reveal pricing or availability details.

Antec GX500 Gaming Chassis Now Available

Antec Inc., a global leader in high-performance computer enclosures, power supplies, and mobile accessories today announces the availability of the GX500, the latest addition to Antec's GX series. Lian Li to Showcase DK01 Desk Chassis at CeBIT 2014

Lian Li DK01 Desk-Type Chassis Prototype Unveiled

Lian Li is feeling experimental again. After taking the PC enthusiast community's opinion on the PC-A51 prototype late last year, the company undertook another such exercise, this time with an emerging form-factor, desk-type chassis, chassis that doubles up as your desk. The DK-01 prototype by Lian Li Measures 800 mm x 795 mm x 600 mm (WxHxD), the business end of the case is its top drawer, which houses your hardware, and metal u-frames that make up its legs. A clear glass or acrylic top gives you a bird's eye view of your creation from above.

The DK01 features room for a gargantuan HPTX motherboard, which means it can also hold EATX, XL-ATX, and standard ATX motherboards. The case has room for up to fourteen (14) 3.5-inch drives, which are arranged in detachable bays. Removing half the bays creates room for large motherboards, and long (up to 410 mm) add-on cards. With the caddies in place, that room shrinks to a still respectable 280 mm. The case supports PSUs as long as 280 mm, and CPU coolers as tall as 180 mm. At various locations, there is room for up to seven 120 mm fans, which you can use to deploy a 240 x 120 mm and 360 x 120 mm radiators.

Lian Li Releases the PC-V358 M-ATX Chassis in North America

Lian-Li Industrial Co. Ltd, today releases the brushed aluminum M-ATX cube chassis - PC-V358 - in North America. The PC-V358 provides plenty of working space for DIY builders. Builders can swing open the top and front panel of this brushed aluminum chassis providing easy access to the internal components. 240mm radiators as well as AIO liquid cooling kits can be installed on a hinged bracket. The bracket is secured by thumbscrews and can be swung open on its hinge to allow for easy access of the internal components. The bracket can also be removed for fan/radiator mounting as well as taken off completely if not being used.

SilverStone Readies the ML06 Mini-ITX HTPC Chassis

SilverStone is currently preparing the release of a new HTPC case, the Milo Series ML06. The chassis measures 350 (W) x 99 (H) x 205 (D) mm, it weighs 2.4 kg, and features a steel structure, an aluminum front panel, a I/O panel with two USB 3.0 ports, Mini-ITX motherboard support, one slim optical drive slot, four 2.5-inch bays, and a single PCI slot.

The ML06 can be equipped with a total of three fans - two 80 mm on the right side and one 120 mm on top, and supports CPU coolers up to 70 mm tall. The case's price tag and release date have yet to be revealed.

COUGAR has now officially launched its newest PC case, a mid-tower model known as MX500 which is claimed suitable for 'users demanding a large upgradeability capacity, with optimal airflow and ventilation characteristics'.

The MX500 measures 210 (W) x 475 (H) x 480 (D) mm, it has a black coating inside and out and features a top I/O panel with four USB ports (two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0), support for Micro ATX / ATX motherboards and for graphics cards up to 410 mm long, three 5.25-inch bays, seven 3.5-inch drive bays (three can be used to install 2.5-inch HDDs/SSDs), and seven PCI slots. The case also includes dust filters on the bottom and side panels and can house a total of seven fans, with two (120 mm) coming pre-installed. No word on pricing yet.
