Packaging
As has been the case with many ASRock products lately, the FM2A85X Extreme6 comes clad in a black box with a big huge "XFast 555" logo emblazoned across the front. Flipping the box over discloses a ton of feature highlights including its claim to an extra 15.77% performance through ASRock's "XBoost". Yes, that's a pretty precise number I managed to replicate.
Opening the box, I found a rather meager helping of accessories up top, but given the platform we are talking about here, it's par for the course. Underneath a layer of bleached, white cardboard is the board itself, wrapped up in a basic anti-static bag.
