AMD Announces Catalyst 10.10c Hotfix Driver Update
AMD gave out the latest hotfix driver update to its recently published Catalyst 10.10 WHQL, which is a whole lot more than being just a hotfix, this time. A hotfix update is usually given out by AMD if it misses out on addressing a couple of important issues with a recently published Catalyst WHQL driver update. Catalyst 10.10c Hotfix adds early OpenGL 4.1 support, and surprisingly adds multiple game-specific performance improvements (unusual for a Hotfix).

I should make it clear - the reghack for the previous generations of cards no longer works with 10.10c - therefore the only work around that ive found so far is only for the 5xxx series
it includes the modified driver files but i dont know if they've already been put in or you still need to put them in yourself

and heres a Mediafire link - again im not too sure if these drivers are already modded
MLAA was designed for DX11 hardware, it likely wont ever work on 4K cards.
Thought that was meant to have the Morphological Anti-Aliasing feature ???
y, and hacked for 5K. you will never get it on such old cards.
I didn't even have MLAA on at the time.... I reverted back to the standard 10.10 CCC and now it's as smooth as butter.. :wtf:
so if your having problems then try a clean reinstall. if that doesnt work then its probably something else
remember to use driversweeper before you install any new ATi frivers and you should be good. otherwise its something else thats causing you trouble
