Ubisoft Promises Another Year of New Content for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

After naming ENCE the champions of the Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Season 3 Pro League Final that took place in Sao Paulo from November 17th - 19th, Ubisoft announced Year 3 of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, continuing to bring exciting and thrilling challenges to its fans.

Year 3 will be structured into four Seasons including:
  • 8 new operators from the world's highly performing CTUs
  • 2 brand new maps set in Italy and Morocco
  • 1 existing map make over with a new level design and art direction
This season's two operators are specialists in biohazard situations and, on top of being playable in adversarial multiplayer, will have to face a major threat in what will be the game's first co-op event ever, named Outbreak. This event will be playable during 4 weeks for free for Rainbow Six Siege owners. It will also feature an exclusive collection of cosmetics, available only during the time of the event.

The full reveal of Operation Chimera and Outbreak will take place in Montreal at the Six Invitational 2018. More information on Year 3 will be coming soon.

Year 3 Pass will be available for purchase on December 12th. Before then, players still have one last chance to buy the Year 2 season pass that includes not only 8 operators (Mira, Jackal, Ying, Lesion, Ela, Dokkaebi, Vigil and Zofia) but also a series of exclusive customisation items. Offer available until December 11th, 2017. customisation items unavailable for purchase after that date.

I've played this game for a while, it's really nice to see that it's still going. I am not that much of a fan but it's better than CS:GO :)

Indeed it is far better then CSGO. Engine is very well optimized to use max cores and gameplay element is smooth and thus offers fantastic tactical feel to the gameplay.
