High-tier mobile gaming with an Adreno 618?

If the GPU cannot run the Extreme frame rate (which is 60 FPS to 144 FPS depending on the phone) at at least HD graphics in PUBG Mobile or COD Mobile, then it is not "high-tier". All they need to do is just bundle the SoC with at least an Adreno 640 and they should be good to go.
