Maybe it's just so crappy that Nvidia doesn't want it in the 3000 lineup... dunno.

Having a RTX GPU with 64-bit bus feels weird.

The most ridiculous thing is a card with the RTX name performing the same as an MX one. Uninformed are gonna be sooooo disappointed with the performances...
OG MX 440 would be proud.

that's just more of the same, all the laptop gpu naming from Nvidia is to get the uninformed. If it doesn't performe like a 3070 don't name it 3070, but that's an old thing.

The GTX 1650 in my laptop achieves a GPU score of 3501 in Time Spy. Is the RTX 2050 a joke or what?

They could have called it 3030.

Not bad, GT 1030 (not the DDR4 crap model tho) was a good entry-level card so it deserves a newer one to hold that title.

It is based on the GA107 chip, which is currently only used for laptops. Personally, I don't suspect nvidia to introduce it to desktops anytime soon, but you never know. :)
