Thank you captian obvious! :p
It says vista ultimate service pack 1??
Those figures looks really sweet though. In some games it's equal to 8800GTX, and it's way faster than 8800GTS in all cases. If the prices are what it seems, this is a killer. :)
EDIT:
Power consumption has decreased also. Quite a lot compared to the 8800GTX.. :)
seriously, the site finally loaded up and from what I understand (the figures tho :D) this thing will be sweeeeet. Just the cooler breaks the enthusiasm a bit. I'm one of those silentfreaks and this one-slot cooler doesn't look like a silent one. I'll wait for a readable review ;)
Anyhow, the cooler might be good.. But as you say, it's probably better to look at a page you'd understand..
It says something about 34db though.. And 62℃ and 86℃. That's a bit hotter than I'd like. I assume it's the GPU they're talking about.
34db is either loud or deadly silent depending on the distance. So we'll have to wait for xbitlabs or maybe silentpcreview to make a nice comparison and measurement.
Damn 86°C is hot for sure - my case is damped, so this baby will melt in there...

Those temps are a little scary, but I guess most people will just simple replace the stock cooler at the first opportunity, letting Nvidia save themselves some cash, and pricing the card a bit lower.
This is going to be a brilliant card, but I can only wonder what they're going to do about it matching the 8800GTX,
Seriously, obsoleting DX10 hardware, and even worse, FORCING 4xAA, so mid-range cards can't play games?
And anway, ideograms don't necessarily mean it's in the far east -- these could be...
Egyptians. Ancient Egyptians.
Yeah, ancient Egyptians that like the latest video card hardware, that's right.
I guess you were being sarcastic there as well
As is the sad truth about the internet, it is an emotionless media, therefore you can't always tell when someone's being sarcastic, and the way you wrote it, actually didn't convey much sarcasm to me at the time.
EDIT: When Is this card supposed to be released? I decided I will get this card to pair it with an Asus Maximus Formula X38 mobo, 4 gigs of RAM and a Q6600 G0 from ClubIT
Edit: and Zalman VF900 seems to fit, so wouldn't need to buy a new aftermarket cooler either :) (just some mosfet heatsink)
edit2: noticed those scores are quadcore ones and mine are dualcore only (it affects quite a lot).
