Voltmodding will be suicide on this card considering that there arent any heatsinks at all on the MOSFETs, though the airflow of the fan MAY cool them sufficiently to run in normal thresholds, its not a good choice. Leadtek really need to have something called a grammar checker...

That's just a gimmick. The thing is this cooler keeps the GPU 20 F cooler than the reference cooler, not even celcius scale. To cool the GPU 20 C cooler than the stock cooler, they'll have to use something like the 8800 GTS stock cooler at least.
But the card itself running at 20 degrees is pure BS. You'll need liquid-cooling to do that.
Well, I dunno if its in C or F.... Don't even ask me to spell em. Somehow the picture with the temps in it, at the website, shows the card with 1gb of ram too, but the specs on the page say 512. I dunno who's ass they pulled that graph outta. Either way, the cooler does look pretty decent. Better than reference by far. Maybe even effective.
As for the 1GB version, I can only assume that they might be planning a 1GB model, although at present it's definitely a 512MB model they're talking about.
if this fan is higher RPM, then at 'average load' (60% fan speed or so) this one could be 400RPM faster on a bigger heatsink, so 20C is easily believable there.
