Palit Unveils GeForce GTX 780 Super JetStream Graphics Card

Palit announced a limited-edition variant of its GeForce GTX 780 JetStream graphics card, dubbed Super JetStream. Visually identical to the JetStream, and based on the same 2nd generation triple-fan cooler by Palit, the Super JetStream ships with out of the box clock speeds of 980 MHz core, 1033 MHz GPU Boost, and 6.20 GHz memory.

The core clock speeds of Palit's GTX 780 Super JetStream are among the highest for the GTX 780 (+14.75%), considering the ordinary JetStream offers 902 MHz core and 954 MHz GPU Boost; and NVIDIA's reference design even lower, at 863 MHz core, and 900 MHz GPU Boost. The Super JetStream is also among the few non-reference GTX 780 cards with factory-overclocked memory. At 6.20 GHz, the card belts out 297.6 GB/s of memory bandwidth. There's no word on pricing or availability, but Guru3D caught a snap of stacks of these cards in their retail packaging.

Custom NVIDIA GTX 760 Card Pictured And Tested

With the official GeForce GTX 760 launch imminent, leaked specs, benchmark scores and pics are to be expected. That is precisely what we are looking at today, a card branded Xenon JetStream, sporting the familiar Palit aesthetics, apparently Xenon being a Palit sub-brand for the South Korean market. The images, specs and scores come from the ChipHell boards, where they were posted by forum member Charlie.

The card itself is very small, apparently a non-reference design, making use of an over-sized dual fan cooler, known to us from various GTX 600 generation cards, sold by Palit under the JetStream moniker. The GPU specs confirm the previous leaks, boasting 1152 CUDA cores, 96 TMUs and 32 ROPs. This particular card comes factory overclocked, with the base clock set at 1072 MHz and the boost clock 65 Mhz higher, at 1137 MHz. The GDDR5 memory, 2 GB on this model, comes with a slight overclock as well, 1550 Mhz precisely (6200 Mhz effective speed). Performance wise, the card did slightly better than a stock GTX 670, so keeping in mind the lower stock clocks of the reference GTX 760 card, we can expect it to perform slightly worse than a stock GTX 670.

Palit GeForce GTX 780 JetStream 3GB Graphics Card Pictured

Palit unveiled its first custom-design GeForce GTX 780 graphics card, the GTX 780 JetStream. It uses the company's second-generation JetStream VGA cooler, which made its debut with the GTX 770 JetStream, last week. The card appears to feature a PCB design derived from NVIDIA's reference design, the JetStream cooler's base-plate fits it like a glove. The second-generation JetStream cooler uses two independent aluminum fin stacks, which draw heat from the GPU using a number of 8 mm-thick copper heat pipes, and which are ventilated by three PWM-controlled fans. The card features 3 GB of memory, so there's nothing on the reverse side to cool. Given how generously Palit factory-overclocked the GTX 770 JetStream, and the GTX 680 JetStream from the previous generation, one can expect the card to ship with decent factory-overclocked speeds.

Palit Announces a Trio of GeForce GTX 770 Graphics Cards

Palit Microsystems Ltd, the leading graphics card manufacturer, announced an upgraded JetStream series at the GeForce GTX 770 Series. The Palit JetStream series of graphics cards features innovative cooling and an optimized product design to deliver gamers the ultimate gaming experience. As the latest and most powerful GPU in the series, the Palit GeForce GTX 770 JetStream guarantees gamers cutting-edge performance and an explosive new gaming experience.

When it comes to overclocked performance, the Palit GeForce GTX 770 JetStream 2GB is integrated with DrMOS, which is a suite of optimized multi-chip power stage modules designed to offer high current circuitry, low noise levels and low heat emission. And the optimized design that ensures stable voltage supply, it's no wonder the Palit GeForce GTX 770 JetStream 2GB is capable of transforming your PC into a visual powerhouse! The factory overclocked Palit GeForce GTX 770 JetStream 2GB provides 10% more MHz at core clock and that makes gaming performance 10% higher at enthusiast gaming setting.

Palit and PC Partner Beat ASUS in Graphics Card Market Share

According to the latest global graphics card market share seen by Taiwanese tech industry observer DigiTimes, Palit Microsystems and PC Partner have each surpassed ASUSTek. The two relegated ASUS to the position of third biggest graphics card vendor by volume. ASUS is a vendor-neutral graphics card vendor, selling both NVIDIA GeForce and AMD Radeon graphics cards; while Palit beat it with a predominantly GeForce-based product stack. Although Palit Microsystems is vendor-neutral on paper, it virtually stopped making AMD Radeon-based products.

Palit Microsystems runs two major brands, Palit, and Gainward, which target different global markets, and are seldom found in the same market. PC Partner, on the other hand, runs Sapphire, which focuses on AMD Radeon products, and ZOTAC, focusing on NVIDIA GeForce. Both Palit Microsystems and PC Partners also contract-manufacture graphics cards for other companies. With the surge of Palit Microsystems and PC Partner, ASUSTek is pushed down to the third place in global market-share, followed by MSI and GIGABYTE.

PNY Rolls Out XLR8 GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Graphics Cards

PNY launched two GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost graphics cards under its XLR8 (accelerate) brand. Palit GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST represents the Kepler "sweet spot" for gamers-the ultimate combination of performance, power efficiency, and affordability.

Palit GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST is with factory overclocked at boost clock 1072 MHz that is +39 MHz than the standard speed and 2GB GDDR5 memory clock is set at 6108 MHz (+100 MHz higher).- that presents with 30% better performance at DX11 benchmark and average 40% better performance at gaming compared with GTX650Ti. Palit GTX650Ti Boost OC is equipped with the Dual Turbofan Blades, it offers the optimized airflow to efficiently cool down the heat generated from GPU and also can provide a noiseless environment when under gaming mode by using Boost technology.

Palit Announces its GeForce GTX Titan Graphics Card

Palit joined other NVIDIA partners in making a late-evening announcement of its GeForce GTX Titan graphics card, even though we're informed that partners have zero GTX Titan inventories, and could begin having them only by early-March. Palit's GTX Titan is no different from any of the other SKUs launched today. NVIDIA restricts partners from modifying the board design, much like it did with the GeForce GTX 690. Based on the 28 nm GK110 silicon, the GeForce GTX Titan features 2,688 CUDA cores, 224 TMUs, 48 ROPs, and a 384-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface, holding 6 GB of memory. It is priced at US $1000, which could go anywhere up to $1100 and $1200 including taxes.
