MSI Launches the MEG Trident X2 Gaming PC

MSI, the leading brand of gaming products, is launching the MEG Trident X2 with the latest 13th-Gen Intel processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics card. This launch focuses on "Play Unbound". This gaming desktop is equipped with the Intel Core i9 processor, enjoying a 41% of performance increase compared with the previous generation. With RTX 40 Series equipped with the latest Fourth-Gen Tensor Cores, Third-Gen RT Cores, and New Streaming Multiprocessors, the frame rate performance of games has been greatly improved as well. Gamers can play at 100 frames under 4K image quality and with special effects turned on. Designed to completely liberate the next-generation performance, MSI's exclusive HMI (Human Machine Interface) has also ushered in a major upgrade. In addition to the original intuitive operation controls, a 4.5-inch touchscreen and G.I. function are now added.

This MEG Trident X2 is not only equipped with the top-of-the-line i9-13900K processor and RTX 4090 graphics card but also comes with MSI's exclusive Silent Storm Cooling 3 heat dissipation technology, which can effectively reduce the heat generated by components. The Air Baffle design can effectively collect the surrounding cold air and prevent the excess heat inside the chassis from flowing back to the graphics card. It is supplemented by the motherboard's upside-down design so that the graphics card is placed on the top to be cooled by the cold air first.
The processor's heat is dissipated by a 280 mm liquid cooler, while the airflow of the power supply maintains the principle of "in and out" to allow the temperature to be quickly discharged. Through the above-mentioned unique heat dissipation design, the system internals is divided into 3 parts. The separated air chambers allow each component to have better heat dissipation efficiency. The MEG Trident X2's exclusive cooling design can increase the heat dissipation efficiency by about 13% compared to systems with traditional designs. Thanks to the excellent heat dissipation design, in the "Use Scenario" function of MSI Center, game performance can be improved by switching from Balanced mode to Extreme Performance mode for an 8% performance increase.

MSI's exclusive HMI technology introduces a 4.5" IPS touch panel and combines it with the G.I. function of MSI gaming monitors, giving gamers a more unique gaming experience. Gamers can directly observe system information like game FPS through the HMI 2.0 panel, eliminating the need to use third-party software. Gamers can also start the game with one touch and activate the Game mode, so that lighting, performance, and sound effects can all be in place in one step. MSI gaming monitors can also be controlled through HMI 2.0's functions, such as Smart Crosshair, Optix Scope, and Night Vision or adjust the brightness, to avoid the inconvenience of using 5 way joystick navigator or pop-up OSD.

The MEG Trident X2 is also equipped with the latest transmission specifications, such as DDR5 memory or PCI-e 5.0 SSD slot. all of which allow gamers to play games at the highest performance level. In terms of power supply units, the latest ATX 3.0 1000 W power supply can meet the performance requirements of the RTX 4090. The latest 12VHPWR connector and 16-pin cable are used to make the power supply more stable.

The MEG Trident X2 has gradually attracted the attention of people from all over the world due to its unique appearance and powerful performance, and has gradually established an extraordinary reputation. In CES 2023 (Consumer Electronics Show), it even won the CES "Innovation Award".

Zero airflow, zero satisfied users. But that's kind of what you get for getting a pre-built that's obivously just a fancy silver box inside with better components like it's a office Dell...

The quality is known, but I'm sure it would be much cheaper to collect this case piece by piece, but this case can be considered as an advantage as it is fully covered by MSI warranty. It will still be expensive. Big investment.

So confused by some of these posts, this thing is trash. I guess the touchscreen is novel but every 2008 HTPC would like to say hello

Looking at user reviews of their recent Motherboards(terrible QC and unstable/unusable drivers, etc) they certainly have lost the way. With Shitsus automatically pushing their bloatware(without user consent) and Gigabytes dubious handling of after sales(Shitsus are even worse) now other than Asrock there dont seem to be decent options to recomend users into for new builds.

Any graphics card that MSI design so to use at Trident PC, this has higher performance than their retail version.
My GTX1060 6GB this is also a graphics card, of that superior class of products.
