Devolver Releases Demo Version of Wizard with a Gun
Try our spell-slinging survival adventure game—you can play the Wizard with a Gun DEMO right now! We're excited to share our game with all of you. In this new survival-adventure title, you'll play as a gun-toting wizard trying to prevent the end of the world. With the clock ticking down, you'll have just a few minutes to fight enemies, gather resources for upgrading, and, most importantly, find Ancient Gears for the Chronomancer's Wheel before chaos breaks loose.
You've found an Ancient Gear! But will you risk more time extracting loot from the dangerous overworld or return to the safety of the Tower? With the resources you've collected, you can level up your spells, design your space, and craft items to assist your next excursion. You can even customize your Wizard's clothes, eyes, and accessories! This Demo only includes a fraction of the cosmetics available in the upcoming full release. The spells and gear you craft will have a big impact on exploration. Each time you leave the safety of the Tower, a new world is generated and with it come different challenges and hazards. Fire Bullets will spread to large groups of enemies, Poison Bullets stack damage over time, and some guns can even hold multiple bullet types at the same time.
We know that many of you are looking forward to playing with friends. 2-player co-op will be available in the full game when we launch later this year! - Galvanic GamesWizard with a Gun is an online cooperative sandbox survival game set in a magical wilderness wrought with dangerous creatures and arcane mysteries. Embark on a journey alone or with friends to collect, craft, and outfit your wizard however you see fit as you explore the unknown. Carefully design weapons, bullets, and furnishings for your tower home but try not to burn it all down as the magic you wield escalates beyond your control...
Coming to Steam, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S in 2023.

Reminds me, I need to watch the whole thing, soon. I am deeply disappointed. I saw neither wizardry, nor firearms.
If ya want to see some real wizardry and guns, check out Kentucky Ballistics' recent 4 Bore vs. Body Armor video.
I guarantee what happened in the video will make its way into video games/pop culture, soon.
Yes, "Wizardry" indeed.
Though, that kinda went backwards (pop culture <-> guntuber):
IIRC I first saw the 'chamber-only saw-off' (in pop culture) in Pineapple Express, years prior.
Also, the double-barrel sawn-off in LucasArts' Outlaws seemed to 'act' exactly like Demo Ranch's experiment did in reality.
