Welcome to the first Patch Notes of 2024 for HITMAN World of Assassination. Alongside the return of the Undying, new challenges, and curated contracts, we bring you more than 200 hundred improvements, fixes, and additions to the different areas of the game. Enjoy and happy hunting! HITMAN World of Assassination is now updated to version 3.180 on all platforms; PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Switch.

The Undying mission is available in the Free Starter Pack for new players and as an Elusive Target for HITMAN World of Assassination players, for a limited time only. The DLC Undying Pack is also now available, including a suit, items, Freelancer mode decorations, and access to the Undying indefinitely through the Elusive Target Arcade. Players will be able to unleash their creativity against Mark Faba, with a wide variety of tools at their disposal to accomplish their mission and make sure the Undying does not reappear again. The mission takes place in the Miami map, where Agent 47 will have to stop Mark Faba before he can utilize his expert surveillance, infiltration, and demolition skills to complete a contract at the Global Innovation Race event.The mission will be available to play, for free, for newcomers to HITMAN in the Free Starter Pack, with the possibility of replaying the mission as many times as they wish, for the mission's duration. HITMAN World of Assassination players can access the Undying, for free, as the original Elusive target released in HITMAN 2 and try to unlock the reward that comes with the completion of the challenge.


The Undying Season is now underway with exciting new content, including the sought-after return of The Undying, featuring Sean Bean. The Undying will be available for free for everyone for the first time ever, as part of the Free Starter Pack for new players and as an Elusive Target for players who already own HITMAN World of Assassination.

In addition to the return of The Undying, we are introducing a new Twitch Drop as well as new challenges to this season's content.

Elusive Target: The Undying feat. Sean Bean
The Undying Elusive Target featuring Sean Bean finally returns to the World of Assassination. Mark Faba is famous for his uncanny ability to rise from the dead, having been confirmed killed more than 25 times. It is now your job to finally put the Undying in the ground… for good!For the first time ever, Free Starter Pack players will have a chance to experience the Undying mission in The Oroborous - A Three-level Arcade contract featuring The Undying Elusive Target, available for free to everyone. In this game mode, players will be tasked with multiple escalating missions, upon failure, progress will restart from the first level and the contract will be locked for 12 hours until the player can attempt to play the contract again. The original 'one chance only' Elusive Target will only be available to World of Assassination players.
