20 Comments on Xbox Updates Its Lineup of Platform Exclusive Games: Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Starfield, and More
I'm also primarily a PC/M&K guy but I recognize that controllers are a viable and/or preferable option for many people. Stop acting all high and mighty. Halo mainly is popular because the first game brought modern FPS controls to a streamlined console market (which is also why the original Xbox succeeded at all), the second practically invented online matchmaking with Xbox Live, and the third was just a really refined and outstanding shooter released at the peak of argubably the best console generation.
It being an arcade-ish shooter also helped it fit in with the general audience, sure, but it's not the reason for its popularity. A combination of excellent timing, innovation and talent is why.
Even if a gamepad would be sub optimal, everyone playing on them is playing with that same sub optimal method so it evens out.
Should we comment on your nameless mouse and keyboard and say you are a joke for playing PC games on such generic hardware and not some super duper high dpi gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard? or do you recognise its just silly?
idk comments like yours just scream frustration and insecurity to me.
Arcade? FPS are as arcade on PC as on consoles, you don't magically auto heal, or have floating crosshair... Etc
It looks AMAZING, it looks like the next gen stalker game i dreamed it would be ...
Ever saw the movie its kinda based on called "Stalker"? that combined with the story of chernobyl, that is what the game is like for me.
This looks more like the CoD devs made a Stalker game then an actual Stalker 2 to me
