A mATX board with decent connectivity and one that even allows use of PCI-e 1x slot to be used when a graphics is installed now thats a true rarity these days.

Something seems wrong, the product page says that one M.2 x4 and three PCIe x1 slots, all of them gen 4, come from the chipset. But according to diagrams in TPU's database that's one x1 port more than the chipset allows.
