I bought one years ago and immediately refunded it because the plastics were shockingly low-rent and the whole thing flexed, felt-cheap, and gave me the impression it would die before the warranty period ended.
Lenovo's aluminium thin & lights are fantastic, but the Legion stuff made one of the worst first-impressions any laptop has ever made.
But I would say that most of the market has gone up in quality, there are much less shockingly poor cooling solutions or build quality then there used to be.
